摘　　要：目的分析闭合性腹部损伤(BAI)的临床特点和术前救治措施,规范BAI的术前救治方案。方法回顾10年间我院急诊救治1020例BAI患者的临床资料和救治结果。结果本组1020例患者中,964例行急诊手术,急诊抢救治愈904例,抢救成功率93.8%,术中、术后死亡60例。结论快速进行伤情评估,准确拟定诊疗计划,有效进行血容量维持,合理进行急诊规范化救治,能最大限度地提高BAI的救治成功率。Objective To explore the standardization of emergency diagnosis and treatment for severe blunt abdominal injury. Method The data and curative effect of 1020 patients with severe blunt abdominal injury from January 1998 to December 2007 were reviewed. Result 964 of 1020 patients accepted surgical operation, emergency diagnosis and treatment were successful for 904 patients and success- ful rate was 93.8%, and 60 patients died. Conclusion Preoperative diagnosis for the patients with severe blunt abdominal injury need complex methods, and an appropriate operative procedure reduces the morbidity and mortality of severe blunt abdominal injury.
