摘　　要：目的用安全皮肤试验法鉴别真假青霉素过敏。方法对自称有严重青霉素过敏史患者51例,以青霉素皮试液分别行斑贴、点刺及不同浓度的皮内试验。结果51例中有17例(33.3%)确诊为严重青霉素过敏,34例(66.7%)排除了青霉素过敏。结论安全皮肤试验法安全、可靠,适合临床推广。Objective To identify penicillin allergy by improved and safe skin test. Methods 51 cases claimed they had a history of severe penicillin allergy, and accepted respectively patch, prick and skin test of different concentrations with penicillin skin test solution. Results In all 51 cases, 17（33.3%） cases were diagnosed as severe penicillin allergies, 34（66.7% ） cases were excluded. Conclusion Improved skin test is safe, reliable, suitable for clinical.
