摘 要:目的检测糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者血清1,5-脱水葡糖苷(1,5-AG),评价对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者血糖(BG)、血酮体的控制效果,对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的治疗及判定预后提供科学依据。方法将确诊为糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者(n=23例),使用酶法测定1,5-脱水葡萄血糖、乙酰乙酸(AcAc)、β-羟丁酸(β-HBA)1次/d,连续观察4 d;正常体检者对照组(n=58例),所得数据进行统计学分析比较。结果对照组与糖尿病酮症酸中毒组1,5-脱水葡糖苷、血糖、β-羟丁酸+乙酰乙酸差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在糖尿病酮症酸中毒组内1,5-脱水葡糖苷与血糖在连续观察监测的4 d内,呈高度的负相关(r=-0.889);1,5-脱水葡糖苷与β-羟丁酸+乙酰乙酸呈高度负相关(r=-0.9207)。结论1,5-脱水葡糖苷检测可以做为较短时间内血糖、血酮体控制的灵敏指标。Objective In order to provide scientific evidences for the treatment of diabetic keto- acidosis(DKA) patients by examining the level of 1,5 - anhydro -D -glucitol( 1,5-AG) and observing the effect of serum 1,5 -AG on the control of the patients/blood sugar and blood ketone bodies. Methods, 1,5 -AG, blood sugar, AcAc and β-HBA in 23 DKA patients were examined once a day for 4 day, by enzyme and were compared with those in 58 healthy peoples. Results There were the obvious differences in 1,5 -AG, blood sugar, AcAc and β-HBA between healthy people and DKA patients (P 〈 0. 01 ). There were negative correlation between 1,5 - AG and blood sugar in the DKA patients within 4 days ( r = - 0. 889 ). At the same time, there were also negative correlation between 1,5 - AG ant AcAc+β - HBA ( r = - 0.9207 ). Conclusions 1,5 - AG test could be a sensitive index for the control of blood sugar and blood ketone bodies during a short time.
