摘 要:以黑龙江八一农垦大学水稻中心保存的180份寒地早粳稻品种(系)为试材,对其品质性状进行分析,并做出评价。研究结果表明,寒地早粳稻的营养品质和蒸煮品质普遍较优,但仅有1.7%的品种综合品质性状达到了国家一级米标准;垩白粒率和垩白度的品种间差异较大,在参试材料中仅有6.1%和1.2%的品种达到了国家一级优质米标准,是今后水稻品质育种改良的重点,在今后寒地水稻品质改良和育种中,应注意改善稻米的外观品质;特别在育种中应首先注意粒形和碾米品质的选择,以提高品质育种效率。180 early japonica rice varieties (lines) from Heilongjiang August First Land Reclamation University were analyzed and eval- uation. The results showed that most of them had better nutritional and cooking quality, but only 1.7 % varieties reached First class's standard of grain quality. The differences of CR and CD among varieties were significant. According to high quality rough rice qualitative index, 6.1% and 1.2 % varieties reached First class's standard of grain quality score. CR and CD would be the emphases of rice quality breeding in future. It was suggested that appearance quality, especially grain shape and milling quality should be particularly considered in rice grain quality breeding.
