摘 要:目的:考察凹凸棒作为吸附澄清剂,对连翘药材、银翘解毒颗粒水煎提取液中连翘苷的吸附作用和对无效成分的吸附清除作用。方法:以水煎提取液中浸出物含量和连翘苷的含量作为评价指标,分别用不同量的普通凹凸棒和酸化凹凸棒处理,连翘药材及银翘解毒颗粒水煎提取液,评价其吸附澄清效果,并与自然静置沉淀法进行比较。结果:普通凹凸棒对无效成分具有较明显的吸附清除作用,对连翘苷含量没有明显吸附影响。酸化凹凸棒对连翘苷含量有较明显的吸附作用,对无效成分也有一定的吸附清除作用。结论:凹凸棒可作为银翘解毒颗粒水煎提取液的吸附澄清剂,尤其是酸化凹凸棒值得作进一步的表面结构修饰研究,以优化其吸附澄清效果。Objective: To study the adsorptive clarification of attapulgite as adsorptive clarifier on phillyrin of forsythia suspensa and Yinqiao Jiedu granules in extracting procedure of traditional chinese medicine decoction, and investigate clarified effect of attapulgite on ineffective components. Method : The contents of phillyrin and extracta were used as indexes, the water extraction of forsythia suspensa and Yinqiao Jiedu granules were clarified with different amount acidified and common attapulgite, respectively. The clarified effect of attapulgite on effective and ineffective components were evaluated, and the treated effect of attapulgite and natural precipitation were also compared. Result: Common attapulgite had a significant clarified effect on ineffective components, and phillyrin was adsorpted with little amount; acidified attapulgite had a significant adsorpted effect on phillyrin, and with a certain amount ineffective components was adsorpted. Conclusion: Attapulgite could be used as adsorptive clarifier in the water extraction of Yinqiao Jiedu granules, especially, more modification evidences about acidified attapulgite surface structure would be studied to improve the clarification.
