灵芪胶囊治疗小鼠Lewis肺癌的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:通过建立小鼠Lewis肺癌移植瘤模型,探讨灵芪胶囊(LingQi capsule,LQC)治疗肺癌的机制。方法:以Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠为实验研究对象,检测LQC对移植瘤生长的抑制率。同时观察其对荷瘤小鼠免疫器官的影响。应用透射电镜和光镜观察LQC对移植瘤细胞超微结构的影响。结果:LQC对Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠表现出明显抑瘤作用,并与复方环磷酰胺合用有明显的增效减毒作用。LQC可增加荷瘤小鼠胸腺和脾脏的重量,提高脏器指数,尤以灵芪胶囊中剂量组增加明显(P<0.05)。同时亦使肿瘤组织的细胞形态结构发生改变。结论:LQC具有抑制小鼠Lewis肺癌移植瘤生长的作用,同时还显现出良好的增效减毒及免疫调节作用。Objective： To investigate the mechanism of LQC to lung cancer through establishing tumor-bearing mice of Lewis lung cancer. Method： The metastatic tumor model of tumor-hearing mice was established with Lewis cell line successfully, The growth inhibition rate of metastatic tumor were detected after treatment with LQC. The effect on immunity organs of tumor-hearing mice and the impact on the ultrastructure change of metastatic tumor were observed by electron microscope and light microscope. Result： LQC could inhihite the tumor growth of tumor-hearing mice of Lewis lung cancer and also showed markedly synergism and attenuation together with CYT. Meanwhile, LQC could increase the weight of chest gland and Spleen and enhance the internal organ index, especially the mediate group of LQC increases obviously. Meanwhile, it also could change the morphological structure of tumor tissue. Conclusion： LQC has a strong inhibitory effect on metastatic tumor growth of lung cancer, and showed markedly synergism and attenuation and immunity control action.
