高效液相色谱法测定苦参碱葡萄糖注射液中苦参碱的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定苦参碱葡萄糖注射液中苦参碱含量的方法。方法:以Hypersil C_8(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,用甲醇-水-三乙胺(45:55:0.02)为流动相,于220 nm波长处,以外标法测定。结果:苦参碱在0.15～3.00μg范围内,浓度与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 8)。平均回收率为98.9%,RSD为1.10%。结论:本方法灵敏、准确、简便。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of matrine in matrine and glucose injection. Method： The Hypersil Cs column（ 150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm）was used The mobile phase was methanol-water-trietylamine（45： 55：0.02 ） with UV detection wavelength at 220 nm. Result： The method was linear within the range of 0.15 -3.00 μg（r =0. 999 8）. The average recovery was 98.9% with 1.10% RSD. Conclusion： The method was sensitive ,simple and accurate.
