摘　　要：对一起由静电放电引起的油罐火灾事故进行调查,确定起火部位及起火点。指出了火灾中静电产生的来源、静电的积累及聚集过程、形成静电放电的各种因素等情况,对今后此类火灾的调查提供了一个良好的范例,同时也给油罐设计和安装提供了良好的建议,避免同类火灾再次发生。Through investigating an accident of oil tank explosion caused by static and identifying the fire origin, the paper suggests the origin of static, accumulating process of static and factors of forming static. The study provides a good example for such fires and gives good advice on tank design and installation to avoid this kind of fire.
