摘　　要：本文根据吴阶平现有论文资料，从理论构成的视角论述了他的实践、思考、学习（知识）三结合医学教育思想的形成过程，实践、思考、学习（知识）的内涵与医学人才成长，三结合思想的意义，对吴阶平的三结合医学教育思想进行了初步的探讨。Based on his existing paper, WU Jie-ping＇ s tripod thought about medical education is studied initially. The formation, the connotion and the meaning of the tripod thought of practice, thinking and learning（knowledge） are expounded from the point of theory construction in this paper. And combined with medical practice, the implication, the relation of each other and rational cognition systematically of practice, thinking and learning（knowledge） are endowed.
