摘　　要：介绍了一种在ATmega128L单片机上通过NUT/OS实时操作系统控制GPRS Modem来实现INTERNET接入的DTU模块设计方案。在介绍NUT/OS实时操作系统的基础上,阐述DTU模块的硬件设计和软件设计,其中详细解释了CPU及GPRS模块的选择和电源电路设计,并说明网络结构和程序流程。实践表明,该DTU模块很好地实现了无线网络的数据传输,具有可靠性高、功耗低、运用广泛等特点。A design of DTU module is described, which is implemented by through the real-time operating system - NUT/OS controlling GRPS Modem on the Atmega128L. Based on the introduction of NUT/OS, both the hardware design and the software design are presented. The power supply circuit design and the choice of CUP and GPRS module is also discussed, including the network structure and the program flow. The experiment shows that the DTU module can well realize the function of transmitting data by wireless network, and is of stable performance, low power dissipation, and wide application.
