摘　　要：文中分析了3G蜂窝移动通信网络中增值业务设计的重要性,提出了一种基于ParlayAPI技术的3G移动通信网络多方呼叫业务的程序设计方法,并在NRG仿真器上对该业务进行了仿真实现,验证了遵循parlay组织提出的开放API开发电信增值业务的可行性和简单性。最后,分析了3G网络中多方呼叫业务的实际运作效果及其市场价值。The paper analyzes the significance of the added-value service design in the 3th generation mobile communication networks. As an example of multi-party call service, a method for designing multi-party call service based on Parlay API is proposed for 3G networks. Simulation is performed on the NRG emulator. The results show that it is feasible and simple to develop telecommunication added-value services with the open API, offered by Parlay standard organization. Finally, the effects and market value of the multi-party call added-value service are analyzed.
