摘  要:橡胶硫化促进剂2-硫醇基苯骈噻唑简称M,M具有硫化促进作用快、硫化平坦性低以及混炼时无早期硫化等特点。广泛应用于橡胶加工工业,是天然胶与合成胶必不可少的高效橡胶硫化促进剂。它同时也是制取其衍生物次磺酰胺类和噻唑类硫化促进剂的原料,其经济价值受到广泛的关注。鉴于橡胶促进剂M优良的性能及宽泛的用途,工业上及实验室对M的生产工艺方法不断进行研究,以期获得最大的经济效益和社会效益。国内外生产M常用的方法包括邻硝基氯苯法、苯胺法、硝基苯-苯胺混合法及单纯硝基苯法等。2-Mercaptobenzothiazole(M),a kind of important rubber accelerator can be used as pharmaceutical intermediate.In this paper,several methods for preparation of M,i.e.o- nitrochlorobenzene method,aniline method,mixed nitrobenzene/aniline method and nitrobenzene method are introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were compared too. o-Nitrochlorobenzene method was not suitable for the commercial production because of its high cost due to the expensive materials.Aniline method which is used in the industry now must be improved for its high raw materials cost as well.Owing to the low prices of nitrobenzene and it can be reduced by sulfide easily,so nitrobenzene method is expected gradually to replace the two methods mentioned above,meanwhile,it is less polluted to the environment.Qualified product had been produced in the laboratory,but the method still should be improved because of its low yield.
