烤烟烟叶化学成分与烟气烟碱的相关性研究

摘　　要：对洛阳地区的25种不同等级烤烟烟叶的化学成分和烟气烟碱进行了检测和相关性分析，结果表明，烟叶烟碱进入烟气中的比例为3．26％～7．00％，呈现出上部〉下部〉中部的规律；烟气烟碱与烟叶化学成分中的烟碱存在着极显著的正相关，与总糖、还原糖、糖碱比和钾之间存在着极显著的负相关，与总氮和氯的相关性不显著；建立的烟气烟碱含量预测的逐步回归数学模型回归系数达到极显著水平，同时通过检测样本的检验，估测效果较好．The chemical components and nicotine in smoke of 25 different grades of flue-cured tobacco leaves were determined, and the correlation between the nicotine in smoke and chemical components was studied. The results showed that the proportion of nicotine in tobacco leaves entering smoke was 3.26% - 7.00% , and follwed the order of the uppers 〉 luggs 〉 cutters. Nicotine in smoke was significantly positively correlated with nicotine in tobacco leaves, significantly negatively correlated with the total sugar, reduced sugar, sugar/nicotine ratio, potassium and insignificantly corelated with the total nitrogen and chlorine. The regression coefficients of equation reached significant level and the equation had good estimating effects through the examination of other samples.
