摘  要:利用磁路和有限元的计算方法,计算了不同斜槽宽度、不同非均匀气隙情况下永磁同步发电机的空载电势、输出功率、电机效率、齿槽转矩等参数;分析了这些参数的变化趋势.结果表明,随斜槽宽度的增加电机的空载电势、效率、输出功率逐渐下降,且电机的齿槽转矩和电势波形正弦畸变率(THD)有一个最小值;气隙的不均匀对空载电势、效率、输出功率等影响不大,但可以改善电机的电势波形.Using calculation method of magnetism circuit and finite element, some parameters of the permanent magnet synchronous generator(PMSG) , such as non-load electric potential, output power, efficiency, cogging torque were calculated at different skew width and non-uniformity air-gap; the changing trend of the parameters were analyzed. The results show that the non-load electric potential, efficiency, output power went down with the increase of skew width, cogging torque, total harmonic distortion (THD) of induced voltage came to a minimum value with the increase of skew width ; and the non-uniformity air-gap hardly had any influence on the non-load electric potential, efficiency and output power, but could improve the THD of the generator.
