几种合生素对肉鸭生长性能和免疫器官指数及血清内毒素水平的影响

摘  要:试验研究了日粮中添加几种合生素和黄霉素对肉仔鸭生长性能和免疫器官指数及血清内毒素水平的影响。选择4日龄樱桃谷鸭200只,分为5个日粮处理,分别为基础日粮、基础日粮+黄霉素、基础日粮+合生素Ⅰ、基础日粮+合生素Ⅱ、基础日粮+合生素Ⅲ。每处理设4个重复,每重复10只肉仔鸭。试验期为42d,试验期间记录肉鸭采食量,测定增重,分别于试验期第21、42天,每组随机取8只鸭(每重复2只)翅下静脉采血,随后立即屠宰、解剖,取脾脏、胸腺和法氏囊,分析测定免疫器官指数、血清内毒素水平。结果表明:(1)在肉鸭生长前期(4~24日龄),日粮添加黄霉素和合生素Ⅱ、Ⅲ均显著提高了肉鸭的平均日增重(P<0.05),降低了料重比(P<0.05)。(2)饲粮中添加合生素和黄霉素对于肉鸭的脾脏和胸腺的发育有一定的促进作用。(3)饲喂合生素和黄霉素有降低24日龄肉鸭血清内毒素含量的趋势(P>0.05)。The study was conducted to investigate effects of several synbiotics on the growth performance,relative weight of immune organs and serum endotoxin content of cherry valley meat ducks.200 cherry valley meat ducklings of 4- day old were randomly assigned to five dietary treatment groups:basal diet group (the control group),flavomycin group (basal diet added flavomycin),synbioties ] group(basal diet added synbioties Ⅰ ),synbiotics Ⅱ group(basal diet added synbioties Ⅱ )and synbioties Ⅲ group(basal diet added synbiotics Ⅲ).Each group had four replicates.Experimental period was 42 days, the feed consumption was recorded and weight gain was measured during the experimental period and on day 21 and 42,eight ducks were randomly selected and slaughtered,relative weight of immune organs and serum endotoxin content were determined.The results showed as follows: (1)During the growing stage (from the 4th to the 24th days of age) ,the supplementation of flavomycin and synbioties Ⅱ ,Ⅲ significantly increased average daily gain(P 〈 0.05)and decreased feed/gain (P 〈 0.05) ; (2)To a certain extent,feeding flavomycin or synbioties promoted growth of the spleen and thymus of meat ducks; (3)Contrasted to the control group,the supplementation of flavomycin or synbioties had the trend to decrease serum endotoxin content at the 24tb day of age(P 〉 0.05).
