五味子提取物对肉仔鸡生长性能和肠道微生物的影响

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究五味子提取物对肉仔鸡生长性能和肠道微生物的影响。试验选用1日龄的健康肉仔鸡120羽,随机分为2个处理组,每组设4个重复,每个重复15羽。采用单因子试验设计,于5日龄进行新生期五味子提取物的调控试验,五味子提取物添加量为0.125%。试验结果表明:日粮中添加五味子提取物能显著提高4～6周龄肉仔鸡平均日增重(P<0.05),降低盲肠中大肠杆菌的数量(P<0.05),且有利于盲肠中乳酸杆菌的增殖。The experiment was carried out to investigate effects of extract of Schisondra Chinensis on growth performance and intestinal microflora of broilers.One hundred and twenty one-day old broilers were randomly assigned to 2 treatments with 4 replicates,with 15 broilers per replicate.The birds were fed the basal diet,or basal diet supplemented with 0.125 % extract of Schisarutra Chinensis.The results showed that the average daily gain of broiler was increased by extract of Schisondra Chinensis supplementation in 4 - 6 weeks old（P 〈 0.05）.The sum of E. Coli in cecum was decreased （P 〈 0.05）.It showed positive effect on the colonization of Lactic bacteria.
