肾移植术后早期使用特殊营养制剂的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察特殊营养制剂对肾移植术后早期负氮平衡、微量元素代谢紊乱、贫血及其并发症的影响。[方法]选取符合入选标准的肾移植术后病人60例,分为两组,试验组肾移植术后给予常规饮食、特殊营养制剂(百普素),对照组给予常规饮食,观察两组血红蛋白、白蛋白、微量元素的变化及并发症的发生情况。[结果]试验组术后3周血红蛋白、白蛋白、血清镁均高于对照组,术后第28天两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组心血管疾病、伤口延迟愈合等并发症发生率明显低于对照组。[结论]补充特殊营养制剂百普素可以加速纠正贫血,满足肾移植术后早期对蛋白质的需求,维持微量元素的代谢稳定,降低术后并发症发生率。Ohjeetive. To observe the therapeutic etfect of using special nutri tional praeparatum for postoperative patients in early stage after kidney transplantation with negative nitrogen balance, minor elements metabolic disorders anemia and its complications. Methods： A total of 60 patients undergoing kidney transplantation and suited to the enrollment criteria were selected and divided into two groups. Patients of test group were given routine dietary and special nutritional praeparatum （Ensure Powder）. Patients of control group were given routine dietary only. Indexes including changes of hemoglobin, albumin, minor elements and complication occurrence of all patients were observed. Results： The hemoglobin, albumin and serum magnesium of the test group patients were higher than that of control group cases 3 weeks after operation. There were statistical significant differences between the two group cases until 28 days after operation （P〈0.05）. In terms of the incidence of cardiovascular disease, wounds delayed heal and other complications among patients of test group were less than that of control group. Conclusion： To supply special nutritional praeparatum （Ensure Powder） can promote the recovery of anemia of patients, meet the protein needs of patients at the early stage after ,undergoing kidney transplantation, and maintain minor element metabolism stabilization of them. Yet. it can decrease the incidence of complications of patients after operation as well.
