摘 要:为了提高产品质量、降低加工成本,采用协调曲线法进行公差优化设计.在建立以加工成本和产品质量稳健性损失成本为目标的公差多目标优化设计数学模型的基础上,提出用协调曲线法求解公差多目标优化设计模型的方法,详细分析加工成本与稳健性损失成本协调曲线的确定方法及优化设计最佳可行解的确定方法.结合齿轮泵的具体实例,分析公差多目标优化数学模型的建立方法,用遗传算法实现了齿轮泵径向尺寸公差的优化分配,通过对协调曲线变化规律的分析,可以协调零件的加工成本和产品质量的稳健性损失成本,使优化指标的综合性能最优,实现产品质量和加工成本的最佳协调.The method of coordination curves was employed to perform tolerance optimization design in order to enhance the product quality, and lower the manufacturing cost. Based ion the multi -objective tolerance optimization model targeting at the costs of manufacturing and the robust loss in product quality, the solving meth- od was illuminated. And the determination methods of coordination curves of manufacturing cost and the cost of robust loss in quality, as well as the most feasible solution to this optimization design model were discussed. The method of establishing multi-objective tolerance optimization model was analyzed by taking gear pump as an example. The genetic algorithm was applied to fulfill the optimal tolerance distribution of the radial sizes, and the coordination curves of the optimization results were determined to obtain the optimal solution to the optimization design problem. The results in the tolerance optimization design show that the tolerance design method is feasible and effective to improve the stability of optimization results. Through the analysis of the changing rules of the coordination curves, the product quality and manufacturing cost can be best coordinated to ensure the optimal comprehensive characteristics for products.
