摘 要:为准确把握当前住宅结构的可靠度水平,对影响结构可靠度的基本随机变量进行了调查统计分析.以西安地区多层和中高层典型住宅结构为对象,对近两年建造的373栋住宅结构进行了现场调查,取得了一批钢筋和混凝土强度以及各类钢筋混凝土构件主要几何参数的实测数据.应用概率统计方法对钢筋和混凝土强度以及墙板厚度、保护层厚度、箍筋间距等几何参数进行了统计分析,给出了钢筋和混凝土强度以及构件尺寸特征的统计参数和概率分布模型,并分析了其设计水平和施工建成水平的差异.结果表明:材料强度和几何参数均较好的服从正态分布,施工水平对混凝土强度影响较大,构件截面尺寸离散性较小,但钢筋保护层厚度变异性很大.说明加强施工过程控制是非常必要的.To accurately grasp the current level of the reliability of residential structures, the survey and statistical analysis were carried out about the impact of basic random parameters on the structural reliability. Taking the typical multi-storey and high-rise residential buildings in Xi' an as research objects, 373 residences built in recent two years were investigated, the actual data were obtained such as concrete and steel strength as well as the geometric parameters of all kinds of RC members. The statistic analysis was utilized to analyze the material strength, wall width, cover and stirrup spaces, then the statistic parameters and probability model of the material strength and the characteristics of the member dimensions were obtained. The dimension difference between design and construction was researched. The results show that the material strength and the geometric parameters obey the normal distribution, the influence of construction quality on the concrete strength is great, the discreteness of section sizes is small, but the variability of cover thickness is great. Thus it is essential to strengthen the construction process control.
