摘　　要：融合通信的应用场景无处不在,创新的模式层出不穷,运营商很难满足客户的个性化需求。但同时也可以看到融合通信的核心就是提供各类能力集,只要能力集设计合理就能符合各类应用的要求,融合通信能力集的基础是通信网络能力及扩展的各种业务能力,能力集的设计要从应用的角度出发。As ubiquitous scenes of converged communications applications and emerging innovative models, telecom operators feel so difficult to meet the customer＇s individual requirements. But it also can be seen that the core of converged communications is to provide all kinds of capacity sets. With reasonable design, these capacity sets will be able to meet the requirements of various applications. So, converged communications are based on communication network capacity and also extensible capability sets. And these capacity sets should be designed from the perspective of applications.
