摘　　要：融合通信业务需求旺盛且市场发展迅速,本文先对融合通信的关键业务及特征进行梳理分析,之后针对业务需求提出了电信级融合通信的开放架构,并对采用开放中间件接口技术的业务引擎进行介绍,最后对融合通信业务在现网应用实现的关键问题进行分析阐释。The requirements and marketing on converged communication is growing up rapidly. In this paper we analyzed the key services and the service features in detail, then a carrier-class open architecture is provided for the converged communication services requirements. This paper also descirbed service enablers and its open middle-ware interfaces. Finally this paper summarized some main problems and settlements about the implementation of the services in the network.
