摘　　要：测定289例2型糖尿病患者和103例正常对照人群的血清脂联素水平,采用TaqMan探针技术进行脂联素基因SNP45分析。结果发现血清脂联素水平与糖脂代谢紊乱密切相关,推测脂联素基因SNP45G/G基因型可能是中国汉族人2型糖尿病的易感基因。Serum adiponectin and adiponectin gene SNP45 were assayed by RIA and TaqMan technology respectively and analyzed in 289 patients with type 2 diabetes and in 103 normal controls. The results showed that serum adiponectin level was closely correlated with glucolipid metabolic disturbances, and SNP45 G/G genotype seemed to be the susceptible gene for pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes in Chinese Han.
