摘  要:用弹塑性有限元法,研究了被粘物自由端外侧斜削角度以及不同弹性模量胶粘剂对铝合金单搭接接头应力分布的影响。结果表明:对被粘物自由端外侧进行斜削,可以使胶层中部的应力峰值降低,从而提高接头的强度。随着斜削角度的减小,胶层中部应力峰值逐渐降低。随着胶粘剂弹性模量的降低,斜削接头胶层中部各应力的峰值随之降低。对于胶粘剂弹性模量高的接头,斜削使得胶层中部的应力峰值得到了极大的降低;而对于胶粘剂弹性模量低的接头,斜削对胶层中部的应力峰值影响较小。The effect of outer chamfering angle near unload ends of adherend and adhesive with different elastic modulus on the stress distribution of adhesively bonded aluminium alloy single lap joint has been investigated using elasto-plastic finite dlement method. The results show that the peak stresses of mid-bondline decrease when adherend is chamfered on the outside, consequently the strength of joint increases, and the peak stresses of mid-bondline decrease gradually as the chamfer angle decreasing. All peak stresses of chamfering joint with high elastic modulus of adhesive, while the influence of chamfer on the peak stresses of mid-bondline could be ignored for the chamfering joint with low elastic modulus of adhesive.
