银离子皮肤消毒剂的杀菌效果与毒性试验观察

摘　　要：目的了解以银离子为主要杀菌成分的皮肤消毒剂的杀菌效果及安全性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法进行了实验室观察。结果以含银离子20mg/L的该消毒剂作用15min,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的平均杀灭率均为100.00%,对白色念珠菌的平均杀灭率为99.94%。用该消毒剂原液对志愿者手进行喷洒消毒作用5min,对手上自然菌平均消除率为92.38%。该消毒剂对小鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50>5000mg/kg(体重),属实际无毒级;蓄积毒性试验为弱蓄积毒性;含银离子20mg/L的该消毒剂对家兔的皮肤和阴道粘膜的刺激指数为0,属无刺激性。结论银离子皮肤消毒剂对细菌繁殖体和真菌有较好的杀灭作用,属无毒类物质,对皮肤粘膜无刺激。Objective The silver ion is main antimicrobic ingredients of silver ion skin disinfectant, in order to know its germicidal efficacy and safety. Methods Susprension guantitative germicidal test and animal experiment were used to carry out laboratory observation. Results The silver ion skin disinfectant contained silver ion 20 mg/L with a 15 min contact time killed 100.00% of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli , killed 99.94% of Candida albicans . Spray disinfection of volunteer. hands with the disinfection solution for 5 min cuold reduce the natural bacteria on hands by 92.38% in average. The moues acute oral LDs0 of the silver ion skin disintectant was 〉 5000 mg/kg（bw） which meant that it is practically non - toxic. The irritation index of its disinfection solution to rabbit skin and vaginal mucosa was 0 which meant it is non - irritating. Conclusions The silver ion skin disinfectant have good killing forms of bacteria and fungus. That it belonged to non -toxic substance and did not irritate skin and mucous membrane.
