摘 要:目的探讨β细胞素基因外显子1Cys7Gly多态性与2型糖尿病(T2DM)的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应,限制性片段长度多态法检测天津地区211名T2DM患者和102名正常对照者β细胞素基因外显子1基因型,比较两组G等位基因频率差异。结果在BMI≥24kg/m2受试者,对照组G等位基因频率为7.3%,T2DM组为0.4%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论β细胞素基因外显子1Cys7Gly多态性可能与部分国人T2DM发生相关,TG基因型在T2DM发病中可能具有一定保护作用。Objective To study the relationship between the betacellulin gene exon 1 Cys7Gly polymorphism and pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes.Methods The 102 healthy controls and 210 patients with type 2 diabetes in Tianjin were enrolled.The exon 1 Cys7Gly genotypes of betacellulin gene were detected by PCR-RFLP method and the frequencies of the genotype and allele were analyzed and compared between two groups.Result For the subjects with BMI≥24kg/m^2,the frequency of G allele was higher in control subjects than in T2DM case(7.3% vs 0.4%,P〈0.05).Conclusion The betacellulin gene exon 1 Cys7Gly polymorphism is possibly associated with pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes in Chinese in Tianjin.The TG genotype may play a protective role in type 2 diabetes.
