摘  要:目的观察开胸结扎冠状动脉法(简称开胸法)与微创冠状动脉内球囊封堵法(简称微创法)制备心肌梗死(MI)模型的差异。方法选用贵州小型猪,分别应用开胸法与微创法,阻断冠状动脉左前降支中段血流,造成心肌梗死,比较观察两种方法建立心肌梗死模型的异同。结果两种方法均可以形成心肌梗死模型,病理检查无显著差异。开胸法造模后出现通气性呼吸功能障碍,心肌酶升高水平与临床患者心肌梗死衍变有差异。微创法应用造影剂可能会有一过性肾功能损伤。结论微创法对实验结果干扰小,与临床条件相近,是一种更好的造模方法。Objective To Compare the ligation coronary through open-chest (open-cbest method) with the obstruction the coronary through vascular intervention (minimally invasive) in minipigs. Method Respectively open-chest and Minimally invasive methods, the acute myocardium infarction(MI) model were built up in minipigs which has similar coronary to human beings. Results Both kind of methods could build up the M1 model in minipigs and had the same as pathologic changes. There were some pathophysiologieal differences between the methods. Conclusion The model through open-chest had respiratory changes and its myocardial enzyme evolvement did not accord with clinic case, but the minimally invasive method not.
