摘　　要：本文针对国产缩管机扣压量控制技术存在的问题,提出了扣压量控制的新方法。利用可编程控制技术,通过检测油缸活塞的位移量,控制电磁阀的供油方向和时间,从而控制扣压模具的位移量,实现扣压量的自动控制,提高产品质量和生产效率。This article aims at the problem existing in the control technology of the withholding amount of domestic pipe shrinkage machine,and proposes the new method of the withholding amount control.Making use of the PLC,byexamining the displacement of the cylinder piston,to control the oil feeding direction and time of electromagnetic valve,and the displacement of the withholding mold is controlled,so the automatic control of the withholding amount is realized.
