摘　　要：本文推导了滑阀阀芯与阀套的滑动副之间压强随间隙大小的变化规律,分析了滑阀卡紧力的产生机理,说明了阀芯"卡死"的原因,并提出了相关解决方案。This paper deduces the changing rule of pressure under different clearance between the valve spool and valve wrap of the slide valve,analyzes the reasons of chucking force generating in the slide valves,and indicates the jamming reason of the slide valve.Finally,method to solve this problem is provided.
