摘　　要：观察浓度为1:50(V/V)的蝌蚪提取液处理培养的Hela细胞,可抑制Hela细胞生长,集落形成能力下降。随培养时间的延长,细胞内颗粒增多,贴壁能力降低,而对中国地鼠卵巢细胞却有刺激生长作用。提示:蝌蚪提取液是一种较好的抗癌制剂。In the experiment the Hela-cells were cultured with the extract of 1: 50 con-centration (v/v) from tadpoles. We discovered that the extract could inhibit thegrowth of the Hela-cells and decrease the ability of colony formation. With theprolongation of the culture time, the number of granules in the cells increased andthe capability of adherent decreased. However the extract could promote the growthof CHO-cells.
