摘　　要：本文首先运用因子分析方法评定中国汽车产业竞争力指数,然后选择外商投资企业的相关指标,构建汽车产业竞争力的多元线性回归模型,系统研究FDI进入后中国汽车产业竞争力提升的问题,并提出相应的政策建议。Based on China＇ s automobile industry with the entry of FDI, this paper assessed the competitiveness of auto industry using factor analysis, then constructed a model of multiple linear regression using the correlative index, and moreover, made a test of significance by regression step by step. From the paper we can see an overall study to whether and how of FDI to promote the competitiveness, and at last, put forward the relative suggestion and policy.
