提高温锻模具寿命研究

摘　　要：分析了温锻模具的失效形式，揭示了模具的失效机理．在此基础上，优选了一种理想的温锻模具材料，并研究出四步法热处理强化工艺，从而大幅度提高了温锻模具寿命．The failure forms of warm forging terrace dies are analyzed.The failure mechanism of terrace dies is revealed. On this basis,the ideal material for warm forging terrace dies is selected.A “4 stage strengthening technique of heattreament” is designed for this material, and there is a greatly increase in the life of warm forging terrace dies.
