广州市越秀区老年人健康状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解社区老年人的健康状况，为制定相应的老年人保健措施提供依据。方法采用中华医学会老年医学分会流行病学组推荐的统一调查表，问卷式调查１５００人，取得有效表格１０２７份，并作统计学处理。结果６０岁以上老年人的存活率随增龄而下降；老年人患病率以高血压病居首位，其次为白内障和关节炎等，８０％的老年人患１种以上的疾病；从事脑力劳动或体力劳动者其慢性病的发病率无明显差异；需部分或全部照料护理的老年人占７０％，完全能自理的仅占３０％。结论本调查为了解越秀区老年人的现状提供重要资料。Objective The　aim　of　the　project　was　to　find　out　the　health　status　of　the　elderly　so　as　to　provide　information　for　health　protection　in　the　elderly. Methods Using　the　unified　forms　that　recommended　by　the　epidemiological　group　of　geriatric　branch　in　Chinese　Medical　Association　1500　personal　interviews　with　questionnaires　were　carried　out　,the　analysis　of　materials　was　based　on　the　effective　data　in　1027　individuals　and　the　statistical　analysis　was　also　performed. Results The　result　of　this　study　showed　that　the　survival　rate　of　the　elderly　aged　60　and　over　decreased　with　aging.Morbidity　rates　were　in　the　order　of　hypertension　,cataract,arthritis,and　so　on　80%　of　the　elderly　had　more　than　one　disease.There　was　no　signifcant　difference　in　the　incidence　rate　of　the　chronic　disease　in　aged　people　engaged　either　in　mental　work　or　in　manual　labour.Among　the　aged　persons,70%　were　completely　or　partly　dependent　in　their　daily　activites whereas　only　30%　could　be　independent. Conclusions The　study　provided　the　important　data　on　present　situation　of　aged　people　in　YueXiu　district　that　may　served　as　a　foundation　for　developing　health　care　in　the　elderly　in　the　future.
