摘  要:结合深圳骏皇嘉园工程,介绍屋顶悬空弧形梁模板支撑系统的施工技术。重点阐述了钢桁架平台的设计计算、制作安装、材料和设备要求,同时描述了钢桁架焊接施工及加载试验步骤和挠度监测,并通过控制预埋件施工、桁架安装就位、施工平台搭设以及支撑系统的拆除,保证了高悬空结构施工的正常进行。研究结果表明正确的计算分析和严格的质量控制以及合理的施工方法是确保安全施工的前提。Based on the engineering of Junhuang Jiayuan in Shenzhen, construction technology of roof suspending arc-beam formwork support system is introduced. Besides, design and calculation, fabrication and installation, requirements of material and equipment about steel truss platform are stated on emphasis. At the same time, welding construction and loading test steps of steel truss are described as well as deformation monitoring. The construction of high suspending structure is ensured by controlling embedded parts construction, installation and emplacement of truss and construction platform as well as demolition of support system. The results show that it is a basis for safety construction to calculate properly, control quality strictly and use reasonable construction method.
