摘  要:观察105名慢性低剂量x射线接触者的染色体畸变和微核,以机关工作人员72人作为对照组。结果表明观察组染色体畸变率和微核率均比对照组增高,经泊松检验(P<0.01)差异非常显著,在小剂量累积受照条件下,细胞的损伤度与防护条件有关。两项指标配对卡方检验和相关分析,说明两者不相关,微核不如染色体灵敏。The observation of the chromosome aberration and the micromuleus of 105 longterm, low dosage X-ray workers showed that the rates of chromosome aberrationand micronucleus of the tese group were higher than those of the control group The eifference was signicant in the test of Poisson.Under the condition of low doseand accumulated radiation,the degree of the cell damage was related to the preven-tive condition.There was no correlation between chromosome aberration and micronucleusin X^2--test and correlation analysis.The chromosome aberration was more sensitive thanthe micronucleus.
