摘　　要：在中国,马克思主义中国化既是一个历史实践的过程,也是理论研究的过程。五四运动时期是马克思主义中国化的历史起点。对五四时期马克思主义中国化理论研究做一综述和归纳,可以为今天的马克思主义中国化的研究提供资料和线索。Marxist Sinicization is not only process of historical practice, but also process of theoretical research in China. The period of May-4th Movement is the historical starting point of Marxist Sinicization. The summary and the induction of research on Marxist Sinicization during the period of May-4th Movement can provide the source and the clue for today＇s research on Marxist Sinicization.
