摘 要:目的:观察等梯度羟基磷灰石-骨界面间隙内成骨反应。方法:应用经皮骨植入体模式,在12条狗的双侧股骨上共植入96个等梯度羟磷灰石(HA)表面涂层及非涂层钛合金栓。术中在植入体周围预置1mm间隙。分别于术后6、12及18周处死取材。测定界面抗剪强度并作组织学观察。结果:术后每一时间段涂层植入体界面抗剪强度均显著高于非涂层者。涂层植入体表面间隙内充满新生骨,骨与涂层结合紧密,而非涂层植入体表面与骨组织间常见纤维组织存在。结论:这种等梯度HA涂层结构具有增强骨-植入体界面间隙骨性愈合的作用。bjective:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the bone formation characteristics at the gap between bone and isogradient hydroxyapatite(HA) coatings.Method:A total of 96 plugs with or without isogradient HA-coating were implanted into the bilateral femura of 12 dogs at random,using a percutaneous implant model.A gap in 1mm wide was pre-saved around the plugs during operation.The animals were killed and the specimens were made for interfacer shear strength mesurement and histologic study.Result:Isogradient HA-coated implants had a greater average interface shear strength than the uncoated ones at each time span.The gaps aroud the HA-coated plugs were filled with newly formed bone and no fibrous tissue was found as that was usually observed around the uncoated plugs.Conclusion:The isogradient HA coating has an enhancement effect on gap healing around the implants.
