摘　　要：目的：以人精子透明质酸酶作为检测精子生育力的指标，了解精子冻贮过程中生育力的变化。方法：收集正常人精液３０份，在精子冻贮的不同条件下用Ｓｉｎｇｅｒ法测定精子透明质酸酶活性。结果和结论：精子与保护剂混合后精子透明质酸酶活性改变不明显（Ｐ＞０．０５）。冻贮后精子透明质酸酶活性降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。保护剂中甘油含量越多，精子透明质酸酶活性下降越明显。bjective:To explore the variation of fertilizing capacity in cryopreserved human sperm by detecting its hyaluronidase(HYD) activity which is one of sperm function index.Method:The sperm HYD activity was detected by Singer's method in 30 samples of normal human semen under different conditions.Result and Conclusion:Sperm HYD activity did not change when mixed with protectants(P>0.05),but decreased after cryopreservation.The more the content of the glycerol in the protectant,the more the HYD activity decreases.
