摘　　要：用正交试验法研究了培养基种类,琼脂种类,琼脂浓度,培养基pH厚度,接种菌龄,预扩散时间及培养时间对纸片法药敏试验抑菌环大小的影响。结果表明对不同的细菌及抗生素这八种影响因素的作用大小不同,并找出了各因素的影响大小顺序及各因素不同水平的优化组合。The kinds of culture medium, kinds of agar, the density, the pH of the culturemedium, thickness of the culture medium the age of the bacteria inoculated. theduration before putting the medium to the incubator and the duration of incuba-tion were studied with the orthogonal test method to find their effect on the t-ablet drug sensitivity test. The results showed that the 8 factors had differept ef-fect on different bacteria and antibiotics. The effect sequence of the factors andthe best combination of the factors have been obtained.
