烧伤后期顽固性残余创面的治疗(附20例报告)

摘　　要：目的：通过对２０例临床病例的总结，探索烧伤后期顽固性残余创面的治疗。方法：采用非手术方法并辅助高压氧治疗，控制创面感染，促进创面愈合，防止创面反复。结果：２０例顽固性残余创面，平均治疗时间４周，治愈后创面无反复。结论：非手术方法治疗顽固性残余创面的关键在于控制创面感染，提高全身抵抗力，并要考虑补充微量元素和免疫治疗。高压氧治疗对促进残余创面的愈合起了积极的作用。bjective:To inquire into a therapy for obstinate residual wounds in late-term burns by studying and analysing the treatment course of 20 burned patients.Methods:Non-operative method and hyperbaric oxygenation were used to control the wound infection,improve wound healing and prevent its recurrence.Results:A mean curing time was about 4 weeks and no recurrence was found.Conclusion:The key to cure obstinate residual wounds is to control wound infection effectively,increase general and local resistance.It is necessary to supply trace elements and give immunotherapy.An Auxiliary hyperbaric oxygenation also plays an important role in curing residual wounds.
