河南农村中小学体育教师现状的调查分析

摘　　要：为促进农村中小学体育师资队伍建设,以问卷调查和逻辑分析等方法对河南省农村中小学体育师资的具体情况进行了分析研究。结果表明:河南省农村中小学体育教师队伍存在人员配置欠缺;专职体育教师职称较低;体育教师学历仍有未达标等现象。In order to promote the construction of sports teachers team of the elementary and middle schools in the countryside,these schools sports teachers＇ specific circumstances in Hanan Province are analyzed by means of questionnaire survey and logic analysis. The results show the lack of personnel of instructor team in rural elementary and middle schools of Henan Province and low professional title of physical education teachers and low academic degrees.
