福建大学生课外体育活动现状及影响因素

摘　　要：从心理学,行为学,社会学的角度出发,运用文献资料法,问卷调查法,数理统计法等方法,对福建省9个地区16所高校1600名大学生课外体育活动现状及影响因素进行调查与分析,研究表明:福建省大学生课外体育活动参与率较高,在认识与行为具有一致性,但有逐年下滑的趋势,体育人口达不到我国有关体育法规的要求;在课外体育活动项目上,跑步和散步仍是大学生的首选,男、女生在项目选择位次上有显著性差异;福建省高校课外体育活动组织基本放任自流,管理处于松散、混乱状态;消极影响因素主要为:没有运动氛围、组织指导不力、学习负担重、运动场馆器材短缺、缺乏技术方法、锻炼场地远。From the perspectives of psychology, behavior and sociology, the paper attempts to investigate and analyze the present situation and influential factors of university students after - class physical activities, including 1600 students of 16 universities in 9 districts in Fujian, by using the methods of documentary analysis, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, etc… The results show that Fujian university students＇ participation rate is high, but it has a falling trend every year; and that jogging and walking are the choice of after - class physical activities; and that there are remarkable differences between boys and girls ; and that the organization and management is loose and disorderly. Then some negative influencing factors are pointed to notice.
