放射性粒子与人工关节复合假体置换恶性骨肿瘤段截除的骨缺损

摘　　要：选择2004-05/2007-06解放军第三○七医院骨科收治的4例恶性骨肿瘤患者,行恶性骨肿瘤段截除,在直视下将放射性粒子125I用骨水泥固定于人工假体上,置换截除后的骨缺损。4例患者均无瘤生存6~10个月,置换后肢体功能恢复良好,X射线片未见假体松动,未见放射粒子脱落游走,未见到血管、神经的放射性损伤,切口皮肤愈合良好。Four malignant osteosarcoma patients were admitted to Department of Orthopedics, the 307 Hospital of Chinese PLA from May 2004 to June 2007 and underwent bone tumor resection. The 125^I seeds were fixed to artificial prosthesis using bone cement to repair bone defect after resection. The patients tumor-free survived for 6-10 months, and the limb functions recovered well. No prosthesis loosening, radiation particle shedding, or radiation damage in vessels or nerve were found in radiographs. The incision healed well.
