摘 要:应用计算机检索HighWirePress和中国期刊全文数据库中2000-01/2007-12期间的相关文章,共收集文献76篇,纳入30篇。对肌氧含量在评定机体有氧能力方面的应用及研究进展进行归纳总结。运动时肌氧含量的变化可用于评定机体有氧能力、运动负荷强度、机体运动后的恢复能力、判断运动性疲劳和监测评价运动训练效果。肌氧含量可作为一项连续、灵敏评定机体有氧能力的新指标。A computer-based search of High Wire Press and China Journals Full-text Database was undertaken to identify the related articles dated from January 2000 to December 2007. A total of 76 articles were searched, and 30 of them were included. The application and research progress of muscle oxygen content in the evaluation of body aerobic capacity have been summarized. Changes of muscle oxygen content at movement can be used to assess the body aerobic capacity, exercise intensity, and the recovery of the body after exercise, as well as judging sports fatigue, monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness. Muscle oxygen content is a consecutive and sensitive parameter for assessing the body aerobic capacity.
