摘 要:对正常人及原发性高血压患者细胞内、外Ca2+、Mg2+浓度和细胞膜ATP酶活性之间的关系进行评价。方法检测32名正常人(NT),55例原发性高血压病(HT)患者血浆和细胞内Ca2+、Mg2+浓度(原子吸收法),细胞膜ATP酶活性(比色法)。结果HT组血浆Ca2+浓度明显低于NT组,红细胞内Ca2+浓度明显高于NT组,红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶及Ca2+-ATP酶活性明显低于NT组。血浆Mg2+和红细胞内Mg2+浓度与NT组无明显差别。结论原发性高血压患者细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶活性明显减低,血浆Ca2+水平明显减低,红细胞内Ca2+超载。反映膜缺陷和离子运输系统失常与原发性高血压发病有关。而细胞内、外Mg2+水平变化与高血压之间的关系须进一步研究。Aim\ To assess the relationship between intracellular Ca^2+ ,Mg^2+ and cell membrane adenosine triphosphatase(ATPase)activity in normotensive and hypertensive subjects.\ Methods\ Plasma Ca^2+ ,Mg^2+ and intracellular Ca^2+ ,Mg^2+ were measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry,and cell membrane ATPase activity was determined by a colorimetric method in 32 normotensives and 55 patients with esstial hypertension.\ Results\ The hypertensive group consistenly demonstrated depressed activity of each ATPase studied,with significantly lower plasma Ca 2+ level and higher intracellular Ca 2+ level compared with the normotensive group,respectively.\ No significant difference was found either of plasma Mg 2+ or intracellular Mg 2+ level between the two groups.\ Conclusions\ Patients with essential hypertension have widespread depression of cell membrane Na +K +ATPase and Ca 2+ ATPase activities with plasma Ca 2+ depletion and cytosolic Ca 2+ overload,which may reflect an underling membrane abnormality in essential hypertension.\ The cellular abnormalities may be related to the defective transport mechanisms that in turn may be aggravated by plasma Ca 2+ depletion.
