摘  要:完成了混凝土搅拌运输车减速器三级减速系统的设计方案,确定了减速器的结构图和各级齿轮参数,建立了相应的虚拟样机模型。利用软件MSC.ADAMS和ALGOR对虚拟样机进行运动与动力仿真分析,首先简化减速机模型,然后划分网格,完成材料和边界条件等参数的设置,最后得到模拟输出转速、第二级行星齿轮的受力状况、减速器机体的前4阶模态分析和第二级行星架受载后的应变结果,并对给定条件下的测量结果进行参数优化,从而缩短了产品开发周期,提高了工作效率,降低了成本。仿真结果与装车实测值比较吻合,证明混凝土搅拌运输车减速器的设计和运动与动力学仿真分析是可靠的,该减速器完全可以用于装备混凝土搅拌运输车。A design scheme of three-stage speed reducing system for the retarder on concrete mixing truck is fulfilled. Structure sketch and gear parameters of each speed are determined. A corresponding virtual prototype model is setup. Kinematic and kinetic simulation analysis is carried out on the virtual prototype with software MSC.ADAMS and ALGOR. First, the retarder model is simplified; then the meshes are plotted and parameter setting for materials and boundary conditions is put up; at last, simulation output speed, loading condition of the secondary stage planetary gears, the lower four orders modal analysis of the retarder block and strain result of the secondary stage planetary carrier after loading are obtained. Measurement results under given conditions are optimized parametrically so the product development period is shortened and work efficiency is increased and cost is decreased. The simulation results coincide with onboard test values comparatively, which verify that the retarder design and its kinematic/kinetic simulation analysis is reliable and the retarder is fully qualified the equipping on a concrete mixing truck.
