摘  要:以提高大型正铲液压挖掘机挖掘性能为出发点,运用液压挖掘机挖掘性能的图谱叠加分析法,提出以主要挖掘区域的挖掘图谱叠加性能为评价指标的优化策略。在此基础上,建立大型正铲液压挖掘机工作装置整体优化设计的数学模型,提出大型液压挖掘机正铲工作装置的通用优化设计方法。基于VB编程环境,编制针对正铲液压挖掘机的优化设计软件,采用复合形法求解约束优化问题,实现了正铲液压挖掘机工作装置的整体优化。通过实例对优化前后的挖掘性能和挖掘力统计数据进行对比分析,验证了优化方法的合理性和优化软件的实用性。With the purpose to increase excavating performance of large size hydraulic front shovels, an optimal strategy to use superposed performances of excavating plot spectrums in main digging range is suggested with a superposing analysis method on excavation performance plot spectrums of hydraulic excavators. On the basis of this, a mathematical model for complete optimal design of work attachment on large size hydraulic front shovel is established. A universal optimal design method for shovel work attachment of large size hydraulic shovel is presented. Software aiming at the optimal design of hydraulic shovel is programmed on the basis of VB programming environment. Complex method is applied to solve optimization restrain problem and complete optimization of work attachment on hydraulic shovel is realized. Through a practical example, statistic data of excavation performances and excavation forces before and after optimization are compared and analyzed, which justify the rationality of the optimal method and the practicability of the optimization software.
