摘　　要：按照运动禁药的品种和分类,介绍各种运动禁药的作用机制、使用规定以及对运动员身体可能产生的影响。根据世界反兴奋剂机构和中国奥委会的有关规定,对所有场合禁用的物质、比赛中禁用的物质和限用药物进行介绍。运动员作为一个特殊群体,其用药安全更应有保障。新世纪的药师应完善自身专业知识和业务修养,在保障运动员用药安全方面承担更大的责任。To study the mechanism of doping, and the rules of using them and their impacts on sportsmen according to the variety and classification of doping. Learning from the relative regulations of World Anti-Doping Agency and IOC of China, drugs which are forbidden in all circumstances or in games only and the restricted medicine were introduced in this article. Sportsmeffs medication security should be specially taken care of. Pharmacists in the new century should improve their own professional knowledge to take more responsibilities in sportmeffs medication.
