摘　　要：竞技体育人才的培养,是一种特殊人才的特殊教育。研究表明,近年来,各省(自治区、直辖市)对运动员文化教育工作重要性的认识进一步的深入,其理念也得以进一步提升,在体制上努力采用"共建、调整、合作、合并"的方式,促进"体教结合",不断推进运动员文化教育体制的改革,多元化办学体系正在逐步构建。师资结构、教学设施等有了较大幅度的改善。运动员对文化学习的认识大大提高,对文化水平与运动成绩关系有了正确的认识。虽然取得了一些成绩,但是,文化教育的理念尚未得到真正提升、经费投入不足、文化教学中的许多具体问题难以解决、运动员文化学习时间过少,学训矛盾至今无法解决、体育系统与教育系统尚未很好协调等问题依然突出。针对这些问题,提出各地体育行政部门要加强优秀运动队的文化建设及教育环境与氛围的建设;增加经费投入与文化教学设施建设;逐步规范义务教育,将其纳入当地教育行政部门的业务指导范围;对已完成义务教育的运动员,应以体育职业教育为主;将运动员文化学习态度与领队、教练员的考核挂钩;加强对运动员文化教育工作的检查与评估;大力推进"体教结合"等建议。The Cultivation on sport talented is a kind of special education. The research result shows that the importance of elite athlete education has got more attention in each provinces and municipality and the concept of it has been developed. The method of joint efforts, adjustment, cooperation and incorporation has been used in the system to promote the combination of sport and education. The main purpose is to push the movement in athlete education system reform. The teacher structure and teaching facility has been greatly improved and athlete＇s cognition on knowledge learning has been promoted. The relationship between educational level and sport performance has been further cleared. Although some achievements have been made, the concept of education has still not been formed with lack of financial input, and some concrete problems are unsolved. The less time on learning knowledge, the problems between learning and training and poor coordination between sport circle and education system are still obvious. Based on above problems, the education environment and culture construction of elite sport teams has been put forwarded, the education financial and teaching facility should be increased, the compulsory education should be standardized and education work of athlete should be strengthened in order to greatly promote the combination between sports and education.
