摘　　要：为了解小组软件过程(Team Software Process,TSP)的各种性质,建立仿真模型对TSP进行仿真有重要意义.根据TSP自身的特点及建模目的,采用基于规则的建模方法建立仿真模型.并根据TSP的多阶段性质,对典型的动态规划算法作了一定的限制并应用于该仿真模型,并用一个例子说明了该模型执行过程,结果证明该仿真模型可以帮助管理人员制定决策,对过程进行事前预测.In order to understand the properties of Team Software Process （TSP）, it was significant to establish simulation model for simulating TSP. According to characteristics of TSP and modeling purpose, rule-based modeling method was used to establish simulation model. Again, because of multistage property of TSP, typical dynamic programming algorithm was restricted to some extent and then applied to the simulation model. And an example was presented to demonstrate the implementation process of model. Eventually, it is proved that the simulation model may help managers make decision and forecast process.
