摘　　要：提出了模糊控制量阶δ的软件算法,并画出了相应的编码原理图.通过合理选取参数初始值,在matlab上对此算法进行仿真并分析其性能.结果表明:量阶δ的大小能够随着语音信号幅度的变化快慢自动地改变,使预测器输出能更好地跟踪快速变化的信号波形,既具备了ADM的优点,又比它具有更良好的SNR性能和更大的动态范围,在较低的速率上就能给出高的编码质量,从而节省了带宽资源.This paper discusses the theory of fuzzy control technology and put forward an algorithm of delta modulation using fuzzy logic technology , then gives the principle of encoding figure corresponding it. By selecting reasonable parameter initial value, simulate this algorithm on matlab and analysis its function. The result indicates that delta can changed rapidly followed by the chang of data signal, which make the output of estimate machine can follow the fast variety signal automatically. And it has better SNR performance and wider dynamic range than ADM before. It can operate at low bit rates to give high quantity data signal, then save the bandwidth.
